to the really annoying grandma who claimed to not understand/hear me at all and made me repeat the same darn thing “you have a $4 fee to pay on your card” reaaaallly slowly four friggin times REALLY loudly in the library, but then proceeded to a normal conversation with my manager without any difficulty in hearing- you are the most unfriendly grandma ive ever met ever since i started working and you made me real pissed.
